This is one cheese cake I tried and I love. Rum Rasin Cheese Cake. It is soft that melts in my mouth. My dear him does not like to eat cheese cake but cant help to love this too. The mocha below is a bit bitter due to the coffee bean even adding sugar. Not my kind of cuppa.
