Crab Party!

The famous Crab Party! Decided to give my mum a treat to Crab Party for Mother's day celebration. I would say the crab is really meaty and fresh. Definitely match the high price. My sis is beaming happy when I mentioned 'crab' not 'crap' to her. I am feeling so full while drafting this post. *Burps*

Mum's Birthday I

We went to workout in gym at the TPY Safra. We drove down to Alexandra Village to buy the famous ang ku-kuehs and soon-kuehs. Went to Anchorpoint nearby to get her cake(Four Leaves Choco Exoctic). Quite like the chrunchy taste of the cake. It has been quite some time the cousins last gathered.

The Jon's 21st

Finally is Jon's turn to be 21st. Welcome him to the adult world. Look at the cheese cake below: He bakeed it himself. Taste so good too.

Ah Ma's Birthday Dinner

Had our Grandma's Birthday dinner at Ming Zhen Restaraunt at OCBC centre. The dishes are nice. Just tat the portion is small. The service was kinda slow. Nice time gathering with my cousions.

We drank many pots of tea. Keep asking for refill.

Our first dish(salad with sliced roasted duck) and was the best.

Mum's Cake

My Mum's Cake Recipe. A recipe that has been used for 30 years. Cake exclusively for CNY.

#1 : Sieve the flour

#2: 5 Eggs beaten in a bowl

#3: Beat butter,sugar,flour,egg all together.

#4: Put into the mould


#5 : Put into the oven for baking
