On the 2nd part of my birthday week. Was on leave on Friday too. And very happened that my best buddy was on leave too! Decided to jio her for high tea(value for money) at dempsey. Totally love the setup of the high tea section. Everything in a glass house. Sat down with qin have a good talk accompanied with nice food. Thanks Qin for the wonderful surprise - a present and a lovely PARIS card. Funny part is that everyone there is busy taking photos of the food instead of munching!
