HCMC Day 2 Part I \\ Ben Thanh Market

Merry merry xmas! Dragged ourselves out of the bed at 0900 to get ready for the itinerary of TODAY: Shopping! We cabbed down to Ben That Market and was also our first time flagging a cab at HCMC. We were surprised but the ever slow jumping meter. How we wish SG taxi meter is the same too!

" A market which has over thousands of stalls varies from clothes(fake Adidas),tailors, souvenirs, ti bits and coffee.
Open as early as 7-am but close like around 6-pm.
*Note: Always remember to bargain! "

Our Breakfast and lunch : Very yummy prawn noodles

Lovely scarfs

At the end of our shopping at B.T , he tailored 3 shirts(1 shirt around 18USD) and 2 pants. To be sent to our hotel on the last day. He is one happy man! The G7 instant coffee is cheaper there.  Poor me, didn't manage to get anything = save money!
