Jon came back to sg for CNY. Brought him to Timbre at OLD School on Friday evening for chill out with Sean and gang. Even is a short meetup, I am still glad to meet him. Hope the next meetup will be soon and a longer one.

Mum's Cake

My Mum's Cake Recipe. A recipe that has been used for 30 years. Cake exclusively for CNY.

#1 : Sieve the flour

#2: 5 Eggs beaten in a bowl

#3: Beat butter,sugar,flour,egg all together.

#4: Put into the mould


#5 : Put into the oven for baking

CoCa SteamBoat

CNY lunch with my colleagues at CoCa Steamboat this noon. Love the service and food there. So fresh. Chicken and Tom Yam Soup goes well with the food. Definitely will go back there for steamboat soon. End the lunch with our Lou Hei. Huat Ah!

Sentosa Chill Out Day

"Lets go Sentosa!" Impromptu trip again. There are some changes with Sentosa. The ERP kind of payment at the gateway. The new trams on the move. Did a pre Sentosa CNY flower festival photo shoot. Hopefully can go back on CNY again.

Hum Jin Pang

The very famous hum jin pang. I made him fry the 6 humjinpang. Haha. =) It has been a long time that I last tried these. Miss the taste of the piping hot hum jin pangs. 6 for $1. So cheap!
